Our Hall Rental Fee is $1,350 on Friday thru Sunday and $400 Monday-Wednesday and basically can be anytime during the day, as long as the function is over at midnight. The outside Pavilion is $200. A/V equipment is $50.
There are no extra charges for food prep or decorating prior to your event if they are done the same day as your event. If you need to prep or decorate the day prior, there is a $150 charge (provided the Hall is not being rented to another party during that day).
Beverages
McQueeney Lions Club will furnish two bartenders to serve beer, wine coolers & sodas, ice & setups to your guests.
*Liquor may be brought in, but NOT beer, wine, soda or ice coolers.
You may choose from any combination of these options:
1. Keg Beer: Purchase keg beer from McQueeney Lions Club. Cups provided. Your order must be placed at least 2 weeks prior to your event. Bartenders will fill pitchers with keg beer until the keg(s) run out.
2. Cash Bar: Domestic canned beers are $3.00 each. Bartenders will sell to your guests directly or can run tabs and you will pay at the end of the night. Soda and water bottles are $1.00 , wine coolers $2.50 per bottle, Ice is $3.00 per bucket. If there is a certain beer or soda that you want stocked, please let us know at least 2 weeks prior to your event. Chips and candy are also for sale at the bar.
3. Margarita Machine: You rent it, you refill it, you clean up the mess. We have the right to charge extra for cleanup if your machine leaks.
Catering
The McQueeney Lions Club does not provide any food or catering. You are free to select from any of the local caterers, bring your own food, cook on our BBQ Pit or any combination of the above.
